Schedule:

I, II: 17.30 – 18.30 Movement* gyrokinesis style

III, IV: 17.30 – 18.30 Movement pilates style

* Movement (or movement workout) – breathing based exercises for the spine as well as muscle stretching and strengthening exercises. (Gyrokinesis / Pilates style – reference to the dominant style of exercises in a variety of techniques.)

Training sessions are open to everyone. You need an outfit which does not restrict movements, footwear is not necessary.
